Summerset grills are designed with an easy to light flame thrower ignition system. This system doesn’t require electricity or batteries. With the hood in the open position, simply push in the knob and slightly turn to the left to release the gas. Hold for 3 seconds, then turn past the click ignition to light. For the back burner, allow 5-8 seconds before turning past the click ignition.
